How to transform bad habits or addictions

The 21/9 challenge means taking on the challenge of transforming a destructive habit into a constructive habit.

It takes at least 21 days to change a habit and/or addiction to another habit that liberates us.

9 months of 28 days, or about 250 days may be needed to break free from a long-standing habit.

This is an interactive map of the actual picture of drug abuse and addiction in the United States.

This is what Lally and his group of researchers have found that it takes between 21 and 254 days to transform a habit or get rid of an addiction.

So I challenge you … to take it on for something meaningful to you.

Here is a trick to achieve this; have a coach or at least a friend who encourages you to persevere every day of your challenge.
